Hagel: U.S. forces ready to act in Syria at Obama's order

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee that the United States is "not seeking to resolve the underlying conflict in Syria through direct military force; instead, we are contemplating actions that are tailored to respond to the use of chemical weapons."
