Gov. Tim Walz says "Minnesota's justice system will have the last word" and investigate shooting

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz said the federal government "cannot be trusted" with investigating Saturday's deadly shooting by federal agents, adding the state will handle the probe. "Minnesota's justice system will have the last word on this," he said.
