GOP: Lois Lerner's IRS e-mails show bias

An investigation into the accounts of Former IRS director Lois Lerner may have found a smoking gun -- an email in which Lerner describes the GOP as "crazies." Democrats say this still doesn't prove the IRS unfairly targeted conservative groups. Norah O' Donnell reports.
