German police had monitored Berlin attack suspect

The prime suspect in the Berlin Christmas market attack was under surveillance by German counter-terrorism police. But they stopped keeping an eye on him three months ago because he had not done anything suspicious. Now Anis Amri is being sought for the deaths of 12 people after allegedly driving a truck into a crowd. Charlie D'Agata reports.
