"Free-range" parents clash with Maryland CPS again

The Meitiv parents practice what they call "free-range" parenting, which they claim builds independence. Child protective services held their 10- and 6-year-old children for hours after they were spotted playing alone in a park Sunday. As Chip Reid reports, this is the third time the parents have come under fire for letting their children walk around unsupervised.
