Four-day workweeks becoming more common as employers test shortened hours

As many employees return to in-person work, some are also pushing for fewer hours, saying they want a four-day workweek. Dozens of U.S. companies are already trying a shortened week, hoping to reduce stress without reducing productivity. CBS News' Kris Van Cleave reports.
