For some, aspirin may help in heart health and colon cancer fight

For the first time, aspirin is recommended to prevent both cardiovascular disease and a form of cancer. The U.S. Preventive Services task force believes the benefits of daily aspirin use outweigh the risks for some patients. Dr. Tara Narula, cardiologist at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, joins “CBS This Morning" to discuss the findings.
