Florida beaches struggle with stance on spring break
With spring break in full swing, it’s becoming a tale of two cities in Florida. Police in Miami Beach have had their hands full coping with out-of-control crowds and a shooting death. But in Panama City Beach, the party’s all but over -- leaving some businesses struggling to survive. Mark Strassmann reports.
