Flash flooding threatens the Southeast
Several rounds of heavy rain shut down roads in Decatur, Ala., and rising waters left some vehicles stranded. The same weather system dumped more than 10 inches of rain in Panama City Beach, Fla., flooding dozens of buildings. Forecasters say the rain may not let up until next week.
