Fewer homes entered foreclosure track

Last month foreclosure proceedings were started against the fewest number of homes in 8 years. The foreclosure listing firm RealtyTrac reports the number of foreclosures processed fell 8 percent in August from July, and declined 44 percent from a year ago. Wendy Gillette reports.
