FEMA scrutinized over failed $156M Puerto Rico meal contract

Members of Congress are demanding to know why FEMA chose a one-person company to provide 30 million meals to hurricane-ravaged Puerto Rico. Atlanta businesswoman Tiffany Brown, who was awarded the nearly $156 million contract, reportedly delivered fewer than 50,000 meals. Brown is now speaking out. David Begnaud reports.
