Federal vehicle seat standard could be putting families at risk

A six-year-long CBS News investigation identified more than 100 people who were severely injured or killed in alleged seatback failures in the past 30 years. Experts blame the problem on an outdated federal seat strength standard that's remained unchanged since the late 1960s. Kris Van Cleave reports.
