FDA proposing arsenic limits in apple juice

Studies have shown to the apple juice to contain very low levels of the carcinogen, which is often found in water and soil. The new Food and Drug Administration standard would be 10 parts per billion, down from 23 parts per billion -- the same level of arsenic found in drinking water. Norah O'Donnell reports.
