Fast-moving tropical storm threatens the Caribbean
Tropical Storm Chantal intensified in the Atlantic overnight and forecasters say it may reach hurricane strength by tomorrow. That could mean major flooding for parts of Cuba, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic. Warnings are in effect through Wednesday. Anthony Mason reports.
