Family of D.C. midair collision victim sues American Airlines, FAA and Army

The widow of one of the 60 passengers aboard the American Airlines regional jet involved in the deadly midair collision near D.C. in January has filed a wrongful death lawsuit. The lawsuit alleges American Airlines, the FAA and the U.S. Army "utterly failed in their responsibilities to the traveling public."
