FAA to implement changes to Reagan National Airport after midair collision, recent close calls

In the wake of January's deadly midair collision, several recent close calls and a fight in the tower at Reagan National Airport, the FAA is making changes. The agency said it is increasing supervision and support for staff while reviewing arrival rates, which it says are disproportionately concentrated in the last 30 minutes of each hour.
