FAA orders emergency engine inspections
The Federal Aviation Administration issued an emergency order Friday directing airlines to thoroughly inspect the type of engine that failed Tuesday on a Southwest Airlines Boeing 737, leading to the death of a woman after she was nearly sucked out of the plane.
