FAA decided to close El Paso airspace without any local communication, lawmaker says

The FAA's decision to shut down the El Paso airspace for "special security reasons" lasted about eight hours on Wednesday. Government officials and local leaders say they weren't notified of the decision. Kris Van Cleave reports.
