Ex-U.S. ambassador to Venezuela makes case for Machado: "Trump needs somebody popular on the ground"
President Trump has said he's skeptical that opposition leader María Corina Machado can lead Venezuela's military, control its vast oil supply and rally public society to help rebuild the country.
