Ex-Senators warn 2020 Democrats not to ignore rural voters
Former Democratic Senators Joe Donnelly of Indiana and Heidi Heitkamp of Nebraska are starting a program focusing on helping the party reconnect with rural voters. They say that's the key to winning the White House in 2020. Donnelly joined "Red & Blue" to discuss his new initiative.
