Emergency rooms overcrowded with flu patients
More than half of the country is seeing a spike in flu cases. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says 26 states are seeing high activity. In all but four states, the flu is widespread. CBS News' John Blackstone reports on the national outbreak.
