Embattled Toronto mayor admits crack use, but won't resign

Five days after Toronto's police chief confirmed the existence of a video that showed Rob Ford allegedly smoking crack, the mayor finally stopped denying it. In a tearful press conference, Ford admitted to using crack but stated that he would not step down as mayor. Don Dahler reports.
