Elizabeth Smart says early release of her kidnapper is "incomprehensible"

Former kidnap victim Elizabeth Smart describes the surprise decision to free one of her captors as "incomprehensible." Smart was rescued in 2003 after being taken and held in captivity for nine months. Wanda Barzee, convicted in 2010 for her role in the abduction, will be released next week after Utah officials determined they miscalculated her prision sentence. Vladimir Duthiers reports.
