Dramatic flood rescues in S.C. after storm cuts off towns

South Carolina is preparing for the possibility of more rain as the state copes with the effects of historic flooding. Thirteen people have died in the Carolinas, and the storm has also forced the closure of around 550 roads and bridges. Forty-thousand people are without access to drinking water.
