Dr. Fauci "hopeful" about COVID vaccine, but warns there's "no guarantee"

Dr. Anthony Fauci, the director of the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases, testified at a Senate committee hearing Tuesday on progress towards getting Americans back to work and school amid the coronavirus pandemic. He said he's "cautiously optimistic" about having a vaccine by early next year, but stressed there are no guarantees. Watch his remarks.
