Doctor discusses disputed COVID-19 outdoor transmission statistic cited by CDC

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said the chance of COVID-19 transmission outdoors is roughly 10%. However, a New York Times report puts the number at less than 1%, which could greatly affect COVID-19 guidance.
