In Orikhiv, a frontline town just a few miles from Russian positions in Zaporizhzhia, Deputy Mayor Svitlana Mandrych sleeps in the cellar of her bombed-out house and works under a destroyed building, trying to help remaining residents deal with life without water and electricity.
