Democrats to bring up domestic terror bill after 10 killed in Buffalo mass shooting

President Biden will travel to Buffalo, N.Y., on Tuesday after 10 people were killed by a suspected white supremacist on Saturday. Democrats on Capitol Hill plan to vote on a bill to combat domestic terror as any form of gun control is unlikely to pass a divided Senate.
