Democrats push for mail-in voting as polls are short staffed during primaries

Wait times at polling places were as long as two hours Tuesday in Wisconsin, where the governor's bid to delay the state's primaries was denied in a last-minute court decision. It was the first major election to be held under a stay-at-home order. Ed O'Keefe reports.
