Deal in the works: Will San Deigo mayor resign?

Bob Filner, the embattled San Diego mayor accused of sexually harassing several women, has reached a tentative deal to settle the lawsuit brought against him. The agreement could mean Filner will resign. Bill Whitaker reports.
