Deadly flooding hits West Virginia and San Antonio, Texas
Intense rain flooded the northern part of West Virginia over the weekend, killing at least five people in flash floods and partially collapsing an apartment building. The same storm system had also devastated parts of San Antonio, Texas, killing at least 13 people last week.
