Customers allege rental car giant Hertz had them falsely arrested, some jailed for stealing cars

Rental car company Hertz is facing allegations from customers who say they were falsely arrested because the company reported the cars they had rented as stolen. The company, which recently emerged from bankruptcy, insists virtually all of the claims are "meritless" — and says they should not be allowed to proceed. Anna Werner reports.
