Given all this, though, I see it up on our screen here. if I do want to unsubscribe, what are some easy ways to do so?

Well, look, I think it's important for consumers to know that there are still existing federal and state laws that do regulate how hard a company can make it for you to unsubscribe. And one of the steps that I often tell people is complain directly to the business and say, look, you have an automatic renewal subscription that I did not agree to. That's a violation of my legal rights. Please stop it right now. If that doesn't work, you can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, you can file a complaint with your state attorney general's office, or you can file a complaint to the FTC. It's very polite to say, please stop it right now. Shira Ovide, thank you very much. We appreciate your time. Thank you.
