Consumer group demands new car seat safety standards

A defect that causes the front seat of a car to collapse onto passengers in the back seat after being rear-ended has killed 17 children over the past 15 years. It turns out, the defect isn't all that uncommon and doesn't even violate safety standards. Kris Van Cleave has more.
