Constituents' calls and emails pressure lawmakers on Syria
It's difficult for members of Congress to find a way to vote for something their constituents universally oppose. Constituents' opposition may have more influence on members of the House, who face re-election every two years and will be judged by their votes in 2014. Nancy Cordes reports.
