Connecticut court ruling spares 11 death row inmates

Three years after Connecticut abolished the death penalty, the state's Supreme Court ruled to spare the remaining 11 convicted killers on death row. The court said it would be unconstitutional to execute them. Rikki Klieman joins “CBS This Morning” to discuss the court's reasoning.
