Congressman Chris Collins vows to fight insider trading charges, will remain on ballot
Republican U.S. Rep. Chris Collins of New York has pleaded not guilty to charges of insider trading. Collins sat on the board of directors for an Australian biotechnology company and allegedly tipped off family members using inside information.
