Congressional leaders quiet on looming Syria vote

The Obama administration has been lobbying members of the House and Senate to approve his plan to strike Syria. But congressional leaders have kept their public statements and private lobbying to a minimum, a troubling sign for the president's resolution. Nancy Cordes reports.
