The Orlando massacre spurred a huge outpouring of generosity. A GoFundMe effort crossed the $5 million mark overnight. But there are new concerns about how funds will be used, as more than 100 victims of previous mass killings signed a petition to demand that 100 percent of the money go directly to the survivors and victims' families.
