Collins believes Trump's alleged behavior is not impeachable
In an interview with "CBS Evening News" anchor Norah O'Donnell, Senator Susan Collins said she will vote to acquit President Trump in the impeachment trial. When asked if she thinks he learned something, she said he will be "much more cautious" in the future.
