Cleanup underway in Kansas after Keystone Pipeline rupture

Repair and clean up crews rushed to Kansas after a section of the Keystone pipeline ruptured in the state's Washington county. The owner, Canada's TC Energy, shut it down after 588,000 gallons of oil poured into a local creek. Elise Preston reports.
