No damage reported after Chinese rocket debris falls into Earth's atmosphere
There are no reports of damage after debris from a Chinese rocket reportedly fell near the western coast of the Philippines. CBS News space consultant Bill Harwood joins CBS News' Lana Zak to discuss why the rocket was allowed to drop unguided.
