Chicago or New York? Tallest building debate latest battle between cities
The Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat officially named One World Trade Center, when it's completed, the tallest building in the country, a title held for four decades by Chicago's Willis Tower. Alexander Trowbridge reports.
