Charlotte police chief on what video of shooting does - and doesn't - show
In a news conference, Charlotte Police Chief Kerr Putney said the video of police shooting Keith Scott does not definitively show Scott pointing a weapon at the officers. A second night of unrest over the shooting led to 44 arrests. CBS News' Kris Van Cleave has the details.
