Charlotte in state of emergency after 2nd night of violence

Charlotte, North Carolina, is under a state of emergency after a second night of violence over the police killing of a black man. Hundreds of demonstrators flooded downtown Charlotte Wednesday night, damaging property, blocking a highway and attacking members of the media. One person was shot, but apparently not by police.
