Charges against Alec Baldwin dropped in "Rust" shooting case

Prosecutors have at least temporarily dismissed involuntary manslaughter charges against Alec Baldwin that stemmed from a deadly shooting on the "Rust" film set. It comes a year and a half after a gun Baldwin was holding discharged, killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Jonathan Vigliotti reports on how the charges were dropped.
