Carjackings on the rise as cars harder to hot wire
Increased security in automobiles has made them harder to steal while the owner is away. Which means the number of carjackings in which the owner is robbed in person is on the rise. Owners who can afford it are getting their cars armored to protect themselves, reports Lou Young of WCBS-TV.
