Capitol Hill gyrocopter was being tracked
Government security officials say the gyrocopter flying in front of Capitol Hill was being tracked by several agencies but they chose not to shoot it down because they were concerned about the safety of people on the ground. CBSN's Anne-Marie Green and Elaine Quijano have the new information.
