Calls for fewer high-speed police chases amid safety concerns

Police chases are becoming so common in California, you can even find them on the beach. Cops pursued a man across the sand in Southern California this week, eventually capturing him in the ocean. A Los Angeles grand jury has a grim warning about the city's high-speed police chases, finding they cause "unnecessary bystander injuries and deaths." Jamie Yuccas reports.
