California's largest utility Pacific Gas and Electric to cut electricity to prevent fires
Pacific Gas and Electric will shut off power to more than 800,000 customers in 34 counties in California to reduce the risk of wildfire amid dry and windy conditions. Jonathan Vigliotti reports.
